Last week, The Regency at Glen Cove hosted their second annual A New Year, A New You program entitled “Laughing our way through our Senior Years”, where acclaimed motivational speaker/ comedian Irwin Pfeffer shared words of inspiration along with some good laughs. He told the residents how best to use their time and some helpful tips to ward off forgetfulness. The residents felt truly inspired and there is nothing healthier then starting the new year with laughter.
